Our Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with our quality and freshness of floral arrangements, please call us within 2 days of receiving gift. We cannot cover our guarantee after 2 days. We cannot guarantee specific flowers in areas other than in our local area. Please be advised that we are unable to cancel or change any orders already delivered or presently en route to delivery. If you find it necessary to cancel or change delivery dates or addresses for any other orders, simply call us at 218-547-2614. We are unable to cancel or change request via email. Substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers to equal value. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color. For these designs, please attempt to plan ahead so we can assure it will be matched to your order. All credit card information may be stored securely but will not be used without proper authority from owner of credit card. We may be required to disclose information to the government or third parties under certain circumstances that may be unlawful. We can disclose any information about you to law enforcement or other government officials as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringements, or other activity that may be illegal or may expose us to legal liability.
