Delivery and Substitution policy:

A delivery fee will be added to each order on the delivery zip code for each address. 

Generally, orders must be received before 11:00am  in the gift recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery.  Orders received after 11:00am may be delivered the following day. Please call if your order is after this time for same day delivery, and we will make every effort to accommodate. 

We will try our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of date, but we cannot guarentee it.

Days we do not deliver on in general is: Easter Sunday, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, and Labor Day.

Our daily cut off time is 11:00am. All Orders placed after that time will be delivered the following day if we deliver on that day.
